Phil has authored or co-authored numerous scientific articles relating to craniofacial trauma and cervical spine injuries. He has been actively involved in resident education at the Hospital of St. Raphael’s training program (now Yale’s) and served on the admission committee there for 18 years. He was the recipient of the Bernard Levine Attending of the Year Award in 2004.
Phil’s outside interests include cooking, music, tennis & pistol shooting. He resides in Guilford with his wife, Theresa.
