Hamden-Shoreline Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates, P.C. consists of three offices spread throughout Southern Connecticut for your convenience. 

Hamden

The Hamden office at 2560 Dixwell Avenue is our newest and largest office.  Prior to opening the new Dixwell Avenue location, we existed for over thirty years on Whitney Avenue.  Our new Dixwell Avenue office is state-of-the-art consisting of five operating rooms including a dedicated dental implant and bone grafting surgical suite and a laser surgical suite. 

Guilford

The Guilford office at 87 State Street is located in “Guilford’s Historic District,” a short walk from the Guilford Green.  Home to our business office, the Guilford office consists of three operating rooms including a dedicated implant, bone grafting, and laser surgical suite.

Clinton

The Clinton office is located in “Downtown Clinton” on East Main St., also known as Connecticut’s “Scenic Route 1.”  For your convenience, this state-of-the-art surgical facility is easy to access from all points along the Eastern Connecticut Shoreline and Connecticut River Valley. 

All offices are connected through a real-time network interface to provide efficient scheduling and communication between the offices.  Additionally, all offices are fully HIPAA compliant and handicap accessible.
